Pokers Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Pokers platform and its users. Pokers By accessing our services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake will be refunded.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

PokersAll promotional offers on are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically between 1x and 5x the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity typically ranges from 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward wagering requirements — this is stated separately for each offer.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The weekly cashback bonus has no wagering requirement — it is credited directly to your real balance and can be withdrawn at any time. The referral bonus requires 1x wagering.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities Pokersstrictly prohibited on. Any of these violations will result in immediate account suspension and all balances may be forfeited.

• Operating more than one account under the same individual.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated betting software.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same offer across multiple accounts.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illicit funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

Pokers Responsible gaming is our priority. We believe betting should be a source of entertainment, not addiction or financial hardship.

• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• You can take a break of anywhere from 1 day to 5 years using the self-exclusion feature.
• Set a reality check — you'll receive notifications at regular intervals.

If you become aware of anyone under 18 using the platform, please report it to us. We are committed to taking appropriate measures to ensure family safety.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before doing so, please ensure there are no pending bets or remaining balance.

Pokers May voluntarily close any account at its discretion if:

• Evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• There is reasonable suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (over 2 years).

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any real balance will be refunded. However, bonus balances are not guaranteed to be returned.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any bet or transaction, please contact us first via live chat or email. Pokers's customer support team will respond to your complaint within 48 hours.

• If an initial complaint is not resolved, it will be escalated to the senior review team.
• If both parties cannot reach an agreement, a neutral third-party mediator will be brought in to resolve the dispute.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, official sports federation data will be used as the reference.

11 Changes to Terms

Pokers These Terms & Conditions may be updated, amended, or revised at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number or by email.
